Neighborhood Bridges is a human rights organization committed to building a world where everyone is a valued citizen. Our work focuses on supporting people with developmental disabilities and dual diagnosis' through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and community development perspective.
Human Rights Worker Duties:
HRWs work one on one for people in their daily lives.
Building on the unique skills, assets and interests of the person for whom you work, you will engage in:

Ability to work evenings, overnights, and weekends
Clear and current Police Information Check & Child Welfare Intervention Record Check
This position is overnight awake shifts, Sunday to Thursday nights. The anticipated start date would be after March 15. Mandatory orientation and training would be offered during daytime hours and some may be completed in advance of the regular shift start date.
